Ray Stark with the JMT Faculty at the International Maxwell Certification Event – March 2017
February and March have been very busy months preparing for and attending the March 2017 IMC Event in Orlando, FL. I had the opportunity to learn from some of the very best teachers in the areas of speaking, coaching, and training.
Look for my regular posts to begin again next week! I look forward to sharing some of the great leadership truths that I’ve learned.
I am excited to be sharing a 3-hour workshop based upon the principles in John Maxwell’s book The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. As an Independent Certified Coach, Speaker and Teacher with The John Maxwell Team, I look forward to adding value to your life and your organization.

…a disciple is a person who (1) is following Christ (head); (2) is being changed by Christ (heart); (3) is committed to the mission of Christ (hands).
Stop Thinking Outside the Box
Stop thinking outside the box and start living like there IS no box! The box is just our way of justifying our apathy or disobedience to what God wants us to do with our lives.

“The starting point for vision – for thinking about our church’s future – is not deciding where we want to go or exploring what is working for other churches but understanding how we are unique.”
